We are seeking a technically strong and education-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales and adoption of Classera’s Education ERP solution across the MENA region. This role will be responsible for

engaging with school operators and universities, understanding their administrative and operational needs, and presenting tailored ERP solutions that streamline processes and improve institutional efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and functional knowledge of ERP platforms and a deep understanding of how academic institutions operate across MENA.


Key Responsibilities:


Solution Engineering & Demo Delivery


  • Lead technical discovery with education clients to gather business, academic, and administrative requirements.
  • Design and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the Education ERP solution, covering modules such as finance, HR, procurement, admissions, scheduling, and asset management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to map customer pain points to ERP capabilities and demonstrate business value.


Proposal Support & Technical Consultation


  • Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture outlines, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Advise clients on integration requirements (e.g., with LMS, government systems, legacy platforms).
  • Support configuration of proof-of-concept environments or pilot programs when needed.

Stakeholder Engagement


  • Present ERP solutions to multiple stakeholders within education organizations, including finance teams, IT departments, school leaders, and ministry officials.
  • Facilitate discussions around process transformation, compliance, and scalability for public and private sector institutions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with product managers, implementation leads, and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and platform capabilities.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve localization and future ERP product enhancements.


Market Representation & Events


  • Represent Classera at EdTech expos, government events, ERP showcases, and client workshops throughout the MENA region.
  • Support the education and enablement of Classera’s partners and sales force on ERP product positioning.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, EducationTechnology, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in ERP pre-sales, business analysis, or solution engineering—preferably in education, EdTech, or public sector IT.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP modules (finance, HR, SIS, procurement, etc.) in an academic or government context.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar education-focused ERP suites is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Willing to travel across the MENA region for meetings, demos, and events.
