We are seeking a passionate and insightful Senior Growth Commercial to join our "Demand Avengers " team. As a Senior Growth Commercial, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving the Commercial Growth plan, focusing on developing and implementing strategic Product & Pricing strategies with a customer-centric approach at the heart of decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging customer insights and demand data to inform and guide price-based decision-making processes, ensuring an empirical basis for all changes and optimizations
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and ownership of the Commercial Growth plan, consisting of Product & Pricing strategies designed with customers at the heart and which provides opportunity for new revenue growth across the business
- Responsible for embedding customer insight and demand data into price based decision making, ensuring empirical basis for all changes
- Be key contact at divisional level and play active role in engaging across division and wider industry to both take in best practise and promote the business’ interest
- Accountable for maintaining compliance whilst driving growth and value for customers
- Provide revenue growth initiatives that will help achieve and exceed the business plan
- Deliver reporting on the performance in weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews – including commentary & insights on drivers of performance vs. budget, gap analysis and recommendations.
- Identification of insights & opportunities, risks, threats & recommendations, including ad-hoc investigation of competitor activities, market dynamics and emerging trends
- Own pricing validation and promotions strategy across digital channels to drive acquisition, including working closely with and leveraging the expertise of the Vendor Managemnet & Product teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.
- Experience in category management or insights
- Good financial comprehension
- Strong Communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated the ability to plan and deliver against project or cross functional outcomes
