Senior Quality Control Specialist

Key Challenges:

• Timely and accurate completion of external testing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct external testing on raw materials fromsuppliers.
• Route raw materials as per customer compliancerequirements.
• Perform physical and chemical validation for theproduction line.
• Conduct final testing after ETO-PTO sterilization andexternal testing for finished products.
• Perform calibration of testing equipment.
• Conduct weekly gluten tests for existing materials andfinished goods.
• Ensure product safety and compliance with regional andinternational standards.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in testing and adherence totesting standards.
• Meet deadlines for external testing.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or a related field. 
• Knowledge of the food industry and testing protocols.  
• Certifications: BRC, ISO 17025, CCP, OBRP.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.  
• Attention to detail.    
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.    
• Proficiency in using office software packages.
• Integrity and adherence to company compliance standards.
