Operations Performance Intern

MNT-Halan is looking for analytical and detail-oriented undergraduate students to join our Performance & Projects Team as interns.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in tracking and reporting operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives. 

What We're Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Previous academic projects or internships related to operations, analytics, or performance management are a plus.
