POS Business Operations Specialist

We're looking for a well-rounded and passionate POS Business Operations Specialist to join us at Halan!

What you will do!!!

• To support operational or customer-facing systems, evaluates, recommends, and integrates (POS registers and in-store systems)
  
• Deployment, issue resolution, and POS optimization during downtime being responsible for card production with our partners.
  
• Provides technical support for retail store systems and infrastructure components, such as point-of-sale (POS) systems and shops.
  
• Ensure customers receive day-to-day technical support for POS terminals, systems, and hardware. The POS system is installed, configured, and troubleshot by a specialist.
  
• Sending monthly POS transaction report to PMS. Return rendition to Central Bank on monthly basis
  
• Work with E-Channels Operations to apply rebate where necessary.
  
• Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation by working with e-channels support to ensure merchants POS disputes are resolved
  
• Reviewing of concession requests from branches to ensure conformity.
  
• Keeping and updating SLAs/MOUs with our PTSPs/Vendors.
  
• Resolving all POS operations and settlement issues/calls.
  
• Sending monthly POS transaction report to PMS. Return rendition to Central Bank on monthly basis.
  

Who you are!!

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2 years experience in POS operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
