Overview:
Technical support Engineer with expertise in .NET and API integration skills. The position is responsible for owning customer issues from initial report to resolution. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex problems, collaborate with internal teams, and work closely with clients to enable smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own and resolve customer issues from report to closure, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems; escalate when needed.
- Provide clear, timely feedback and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Document solutions in the knowledge base.
- Enhance API performance.
- Integrate APIs with client systems, performing end-to-end validation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide remote or on-site technical support.
- Collaborate with clients for smooth onboarding and system integration.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of MVC, RESTful APIs, and MS SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of Git commands and proven problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of networking concepts.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in direct client interactions for system integration is a plus.
