Quality Technician

  Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the inspection of physical and analytical tests for raw materials, packaging materials and promotional items.

2. Conduct the testing and analysis for the new samples.

3. Identify, analyze, and prepare a report of any non-conformity detected during incoming quality inspection that are inconsistent with standard requirements and specifications.

4.Conduct and monitor the testing and measuring equipment that needs calibration, repair or replacement.

5. Analyze suspected counterfeit samples and prepare counterfeit report.

6.Maintain & update quality reports and databases.

7. Work closely with QA Head to review newly created or revised designs.

8.Maintain the laboratory equipment & inventory of stocks.

9. Maintain and control calibration records for all test and inspection equipment

10.Coordinate resolution of quality assurance related concerns/issues/problems to the QA Head.

11. Perform other related duties by the Line Manager.

Any extra/other duties and tasks may be given.

Required Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field

2. 3-4 years of experience in related field

3.Cultural awareness / valuing diversity, teamwork and cooperation, results orientation,

4. Skills, organizational, interpersonal, time management, computer, written and verbal

communication in English.

5.Attention to details during inspections and tests; familiarity with the tools, concepts

and methodologies of quality management.
