Real Estate Fund Relations Advisor

We are seeking a well-rounded Investor Relations Analyst to join us at MNT-Halan!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries related to properties and investments promptly and professionally.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with investors by fostering transparent and timely communication, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
• Communication: Provide investors with regular updates on property performance and market conditions, including financial reports, investment opportunities, and potential risks.

Key Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for investor communication.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in investor relations, real estate, finance, or a related field, demonstrating strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to investor management.
