Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Lead with at
least 5 years of telesales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for leading a high-performing telesales team, driving performance through KPIs,
supporting deal closures, and coaching team members to improve efficiency,
conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Director and
is responsible for ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales
objectives.
Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly B2C sales targets (primarily on-ground deals)
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including calls, conversions, revenue, and lead quality for both B2C on-ground and telesales activities
• Analyze team performance and provide actionable insights to improve B2C on-ground sales results
• Support team members in closing B2C deals (primarily conducted on-ground) and handling complex sales conversations
• Coach and train telesales agents on:
o B2C lead generation techniques
o Sales pitching and objection handling for on-ground customer interactions
o Closing strategies for face-to-face and on-ground deals
o Productivity and time management
• Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve B2C conversion rates, with a strong focus on on-ground sales efficiency
• Ensure accurate CRM usage and data integrity across all B2C on-ground and telesales activities
• Collaborate with management to align on B2C on-ground targets, campaigns, and business goals
• Identify skill gaps within the team and implement continuous development plans
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center sales
• Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems
