Job Location & Travel Requirements

Job Description
- Provide calendar management. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between senior management and staff
- Work closely with senior managers to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Anticipate senior managers needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to senior management, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect senior managers style and organization policy.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including assistance with special projects; producing documents, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; taking minutes and maintain contact lists.
- Coordinate and assist with company events and meetings as directed
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Assist in planning business trips and make travel arrangements
- Fulfill any other projects or duties as assigned for the overall benefit of FORTE CLOUD.
- This is not an 8 to 5 position, occasional after working hours might be required.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful, ambitious individual who has the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will ideally have the following:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, English, or any related field.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, staff members, clients, vendors and suppliers
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Having excellent judgement skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Confident, positive and can handle pressure.
Desired Languages
- Fluent in English & Arabic (Speaking & Writing)
