About the Role:


At COA Holding Company we’re looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences across every interaction.

You’ll be the voice of the company — handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to inquiries through out all platforms (calls, chat, email, social media)
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and a smooth customer journey
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Provide feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience
  • Support retention efforts and build strong customer relationships


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic communication with patient


Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Very good command of English (written & spoken)
  • University graduate
  • Strong typing skills
  • Familiar with Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using CRM tools
