About the Role:
At COA Holding Company we’re looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences across every interaction.
You’ll be the voice of the company — handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to inquiries through out all platforms (calls, chat, email, social media)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and a smooth customer journey
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Provide feedback to improve products, services, and overall experience
- Support retention efforts and build strong customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Professional, patient, and empathetic communication with patient
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Very good command of English (written & spoken)
- University graduate
- Strong typing skills
- Familiar with Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
- Experience using CRM tools
