We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, recruitment, and building a career in HR. You will support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring applicants have a positive experience throughout. Training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process for assigned business areas under supervision.
- Assist hiring managers by scheduling interviews, reviewing CVs, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Learn and follow company recruitment policies and standard operating procedures.
- Keep applicant records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and networking events.
- Provide general HR support on projects and initiatives when needed.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and willing to take initiative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience (internships or HR/recruitment exposure preferred, but not mandatory).
- Passion for working with people and developing skills in recruitment and HR.
