Sales Representative

              Responsibilities Required Tasks Generating Leads * Reception of showroom's new customers,Searching for projects and opportunities to ensure sales growth.
* Create, plan, and deliever presentations for showroom visitors on company products.
* Negotiating all contracts or quotations with prospective customers.
*Answering customer questions about products, prices, and availability. Customer Relations
 management * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and contiuity.
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Kitchen Design * Prepare kitchen designs using Design 2020 and send
them to customers for approval. Payments and
Collections * Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from customers.
* Issuing payment reciepts  on ERP and send to customers. Reporting * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports Sales Documents
 Processing * Preparing and reviewing quotations, sales contracts, fulfillments and invoices to be sent to the customer.
* Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers .
