Job Scope
Performing all tasks related to utilities Systems including Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, Hot water boilers, Steam boilers, Air compressors, Chillers, hot soft water system and Purified water system. In addition to Performing and Follow up preventive, corrective maintenance activities. Also, management the BMS system as admin to follow and control.
Job Requirements
Education
B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics, electromechanical, chemical, or electrical Engineering.
Experience
BSc. 0 - 2 years of related experience
Language
Good in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages
Professional Knowledge
- Knowledge in the systems such as ICH, GMP, GLP, WHO
- Ministry of Health Regulations
- International and EU Regulations
Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to)
- Implement corrective and preventive maintenance plans/requests according to a pre-set checklist and preventive maintenance schedule in a timely manner.
- Trouble shooting and fixing defects in utilities including electrical problems.
- 3Perform a daily check for Air handing units, soft and purified water units depending on a pre-set checklist.
- Implementation of engineering projects such as new utilities installation and activation.
- Review and writing maintenance instructions for the Utilities including writing all related SOPs and forms.
- Participation in the preparation and study of needed spare parts list.
- Ensure proper documentation for maintenance section activities in accordance with SOPs and cGMP and documented properly per GDPs
