Graphic Designer

Job Scope

• Create or amend all artworks requested by RA for all packaging materials (box, Alu-foil, Label, Leaflet, Alu-tube, etc.), according to SOP of creating packaging materials.
• Create or amend promotional materials requested by marketing.
• Coordinate implementation of guidelines in all affiliates.

Job Requirements

Education

B.Sc. in Graphic Design or relevant qualification.

Experience

More than 3 years of relevant experience.

Language

Good written, read and spoken Arabic and English Languages.

Professional Knowledge

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft office

Duties and Responsibilities (But not limited to):

• Supervising and editing/ modifying for old/current artworks according to as requested by relevant department.
• Supervising and creating new artwork for new products according to SOP-Creating and design Packaging material.
• Creating packaging materials code and EAN code and pharma code according to coding system SOP
• Supervise and check implementation packaging guidelines for all packaging materials in all affiliates.
• Supervise, check and update Packaging Guidelines Implementation sheet when implementing new guidelines. · Follow up artworks after sending them to be checked by RA.
• Supervise, check and Issue artwork module in quality system.
• Supervising artwork modules once rejected to be modified.
• Supervising artwork process with team. · Check and approved artworks prepared by team.
• Amend promotional materials (brochures, flyers, roll ups, CRM, PL, DL, ..etc.).
• Create new themes for new products for OTC. · Supervising promotional materials process with team.
• Check and approve promotional materials prepared by team.
• Meet with team to priorities work. · Deliver tasks on timeline.
• Check CCRs and close the related actions.
