Responsibilities
- Conduct On-boarding for newly acquired accounts by coordinating with the Acquisition teamand ensuringasmoothaccountsetup process.
- Train merchants on coupons activation through the Waffarha portal, ensuring they fully understand theprocessandcanindependentlymanage coupons across all branches.
- Provide merchants with account credentials(username and password) and guide them through step-by-stepcouponactivation proceduresto ensure smooth setup and usage.
- Train merchants on using the Waffarha Merchant Portal to track coupons across all branchesfroma singleaccount,enabling efficient management and monitoring.
- Create and manage merchant contracts detailing all offerspecifics, ensuring clarity and proper documentationforeachaccount.
- Collect and submit merchants’ documentsto the Finance Team,reviewing and verifying Commercial Registration, TaxCard, and Bank Account detailsfor accuracy and compliance.
- Gather allthe escalationmetricsfromthe Merchant Acquisition teamand consolidate theminto an excelsheet, enabling the Customer Supportteam to access and resolve operational cases efficiently.
- Optimizemanaged accountsto deliver competitive and attractive offersthat drive customer engagement andoutperformin-store promotions.
- Compare app-based offers withmerchants’ in-store promotionsto ensure Waffarha offersremain competitiveanddrivesales effectively.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activitiesfor merchants, maintaining full oversight of campaigns,trackinginitiatives, and ensuring alignment with company strategies.
- Distribute and oversee placement of Waffarha stickers at all merchant branches, ensuring consistent visibilityacrosslocations.
- Respond to Customer Service casesrelated to Waffarha by analyzing issues and providing timely solutionstoensuremerchantsatisfaction and smooth operations.
- Extract and analyze the monthly expiry sheetfor offers on the app, identifying which offers will continue, whichwill end,and the reasons behind these changes.
- Provide high-quality isolated materialsforthe Media Buying and Marketing teamsto use in ads and promotional
campaigns.
- Handle all merchant-related tasks and coordinate with otherteams within the company to ensure smoothoperationsand effective collaboration.
- Manage merchant-related events and activitiessuch as anniversaries, monthly events, or any Waffarha-relatedinitiatives, ensuring proper coordination with merchants.
- Process ACH transfersfor merchants andmaintain accurate tracking of mobile device distributions, includingserial
numbers and branch assignments, logging all information in Excel fortransparency and accountability.
- Identify cross-selling opportunitiesfor merchants by promoting new items or brands, ensuring additionalrevenuestreams and enhancedmerchant engagement.
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
• Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentationabilities.
• Solid experience with Trello.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions tocustomer needs.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account managementprojects at a time, while maintaining sharpattentiontodetail.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present andinfluence key stakeholders at all levels of anorganization, including executive and C-level.
