Interior Designer (B2B & Consultations)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and client-focused Interior Designer to join ariika’s Design Crew. This role involves working closely with clients both online and in-store to create personalized design solutions, as well as supporting B2B and customized project requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one design consultations with clients (in-store and virtual) to understand their needs, preferences, and space requirements

Develop tailored design solutions including layouts, mood boards, and product recommendations

Support B2B projects by providing design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards

Handle customized B2B projects, ensuring solutions meet specific client requirements and project scopes

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution

Present design concepts clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders

Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and product knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field 2–4 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design

Strong communication and client management skills

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus

Strong eye for aesthetics, space planning, and detail

Experience in B2B or project-based work is a plus
