We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tele-sales manager to manage our teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing, Objectives setting, coaching, performance monitoring of tele-sales operations, implementing effective tele-sales strategies and Achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a short- and long-term Tele-sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
- communicate clearly the goal to employees.
- Provide detailed and accurate Tele-sales forecasts.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Coach and monitor the performance of Tele-Sales Operations and provide the needed feedback (Through monthly/weekly one on one meetings).
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Set Tele-sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Make strategy adjustments, as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout the inbound sales process.
- Contribute to the Tele-sales team recruitment cycle.
- Empower new team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Evaluate the quality of leads and the required adjusting to target a more related audience and report to the Marketing Team.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Present Tele-sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management monthly.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Actively encourage looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Actively encourage obtaining referrals from the current clients to widen the Tele-sales pipeline.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience in Tele-sales “Managerial Positions”.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Set clear sales targets, proven guidance and motivate team members to achieve goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
