Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative team, ensuring that all tasks and projects are efficiently managed, and deadlines are met.
2. Resource Allocation: Manage the distribution of tasks across team members based on their strengths and workload, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
3. Project Monitoring: Track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring that they stay on schedule and align with client expectations and internal standards.
4. Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments or clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
5. Support and Guidance: Provide support to team members, resolve any issues or roadblocks they encounter, and ensure they have the necessary resources and guidance to succeed.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance of the creative team, providing feedback and guidance to foster growth and development.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of project details, timelines, and team performance; prepare reports for management when needed.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to team workflows, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Creative Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing creative teams or office management roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a creative team.
