Job Scope:
Develop and implement distribution channel strategies to improve sales performance and the efficiency of sales teams. This role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to enhance commercial capabilities and ensure distribution channels are used effectively to meet the company’s goals.
Requirements:
● Certification: Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management or any related field
● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel strategy, commercial management, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare products sector
● Language: Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and French; proficiency in English is a plus.
● Location Job: Algiers, Algeria.
Technical Knowledge:
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
● Advanced analytical expertise in evaluating channel performance and identifying trends.
● Effective leadership and influencing abilities to align cross-functional teams with business objectives.
● In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and relevant regulatory requirements.
● Clear and persuasive communication of strategies to drive team alignment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement channel strategies to improve market coverage and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze distribution channel performance using KPIs and market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align sales planning with market needs and budget.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve strategic positioning.
- Standardize sales processes and drive adoption of tools (e.g., CRM) to boost commercial efficiency.
- Train and support sales teams in using tools and applying best practices.
- Track and interpret key commercial KPIs (revenue, market share, ROI, etc.) to identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions.
