Sr.Logistics Specialist

The Sr.logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the transportation and distribution of company products, ensuring that they are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of

lading, and certificates of origin

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers

Monitor shipments from origin to destination and ensure timely delivery

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies

Respond to customer inquiries related to transportation and delivery of products,

providing accurate and timely information and assistance

Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics data

Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field, with specific

experience in transportation and distribution

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of relevant logistics regulations and standards

Proficiency in logistics management software and other relevant software, including

Microsoft Excel

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while maintaining a high degree of

accuracy
