We are looking for an outstanding Chargeback Specialist to join our team at MNT-Halan!
Key Qualification:
• Receive new dispute from call center through Zendesk.
• Validate the received cases and collect the required dispute data at the same day.
• Ensure to provide support for chargeback / reconciliation team.
• Updating client bank inquires and status of the dispute cases immediately same date.
• Ensure all incoming disputes from different channels reviewed on a daily basis.
• Ensure to review chargeback cases and inform the clients once cycle got over.
• Refund the installments that are paid by mistake.
• Handle all the one leg issues with the settlement team.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor degree.
• 1 year experience at least at the same field or similar fields.
• Fair English.
• Has a technical background about Card & wallet Business chargeback.
• Has a general information about the CBE regulations and Meeza bulletin.
