Role Summary
Classera is seeking a passionate and analytical UX Researcher to help shape exceptional user experiences across our EdTech and AI-powered products. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research, enabling product teams to make informed, data-driven design decisions.
The User Researcher will work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure customer insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and run qualitative & quantitative research (interviews, usability tests, surveys, focus groups).
- Create personas, journey maps, and actionable reports.
- Partner with Product & Design teams during discovery and feature validation.
- Analyze product analytics and evaluate prototypes for usability improvements.
- Present findings to stakeholders and advocate for user‑centered design.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field.
- 3–6 years’ experience in UX/User Research.
- Skilled in usability testing, survey design, product analytics, and design thinking.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or AI‑powered products is a plus.
