We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across our business. This individual will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving proactive sourcing strategies, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, and delivering top talent that aligns with our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
- Own and manage the full recruitment cycle: intake briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and develop targeted hiring strategies.
- Leverage data and talent market insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Deliver against KPIs including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
- Build strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates for niche, technical, and leadership roles.
- Proactively engage with passive talent through LinkedIn, talent communities, networking events, and referrals.
- Maintain an updated talent pool aligned with business-critical skill sets and future hiring plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
- Train and guide hiring managers on interview techniques, structured assessments, and selection processes.
- Ensure alignment of recruitment activities with diversity & inclusion goals.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Partner with marketing/communications to amplify the employer brand through social media, career fairs, and events.
- Represent the organization externally as an ambassador at conferences, events, and career expos.
Systems & Process Excellence
- Utilize ATS/HRMS platforms to manage candidates, track metrics, and ensure compliance.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, reports, and market intelligence to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s / HR certifications are a plus).
- 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior/specialist role.
- Proven record of successfully closing complex and senior-level positions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience recruiting across functions (Technology, Commercial, Operations, Corporate) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and resilience.
