MS Pharma is seeking an experienced and transformational Head of Operations to lead and elevate our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary:

This executive role will drive operational excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People while leading the site transformation toward a high-performing, future-ready manufacturing organization. The role requires a strategic leader with strong pharmaceutical manufacturing expertise, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the manufacturing and operations strategy aligned with business objectives

• Lead site operations across production, engineering, planning, and supply processes

• Drive operational excellence initiatives including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs

• Ensure full compliance with GMP, HSE, regulatory, and quality standards

• Optimize operational performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost structures

• Lead organizational capability building, succession planning, and leadership development

• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, and Commercial teams

• Drive digitalization, sustainability, and business continuity initiatives within operations

• Ensure audit readiness and successful regulatory inspections

• Develop a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Operations, or related field

• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality operations

• At least 5 years in senior plant or manufacturing leadership roles

• Strong experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments

• Proven track record in operational transformation and cost optimization

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities

• Fluent in Arabic and English
