Mid/Senior AI Developer

Overview:

A Senior AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems using advanced programming languages, machine learning algorithms, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks, statistical foundations, and production-level deployment practices, with 5+ years of proven experience in the AI/ML domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop AI solutions using languages such as Python, Java, or C++ with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Implement classical machine learning algorithms (e.g., decision trees, SVMs, k-means) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
• Preprocess, transform, and manage large datasets using big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Evaluate AI models, tune hyperparameters, and optimize performance across various tasks.
• Apply NLP techniques including tokenization, word embeddings, and transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT).
• Utilize image processing and object detection techniques via convolutional neural networks (CNNs).
• Deploy and scale AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Integrate AI systems into CI/CD pipelines, using Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Automate model deployment and implement tools for performance monitoring and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production environments
• Deep understanding of mathematics behind machine learning, including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and calculus.
• Familiarity with end-to-end AI project lifecycle—from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
