About the Role


We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead CPay’s growth in Egypt’s education sector. CPay is our innovative Payment Management System that enables parents to easily manage and pay school fees through multiple options, including financing and installment plans.


In this role, you will focus on B2C growth—driving adoption among parents and trainees—while managing and expanding relationships with partner schools. You will lead sales strategies, marketing activations, and relationship management efforts to increase CPay’s market penetration and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Leadership & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain CPay users (parents/trainees).
  • Build strong partnerships with schools to promote CPay directly to their communities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.


Marketing & User Engagement

  • Lead online and offline marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
  • Organize and execute school events—both in-person and virtual—to promote CPay to parents.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging social media and print materials for the Egyptian market.


Partnership & Account Management


  • Serve as the primary contact for Egyptian schools and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure partner schools are actively engaged and fully trained in promoting CPay to parents.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use data analytics to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor adoption and engagement rates, and prepare regular reports for management.


Requirements


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in sales (Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Education sector preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding B2C sales targets.
  • Experience managing accounts in the education sector is a strong advantage.


Skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven decision making with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Other

  • Based in Egypt, with willingness to travel across the country for client meetings and events.
