Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead Classera’s engagement with small and medium-sized government entities in Riyadh, with a focus on promoting digital training and upskilling solutions. The role involves managing a growing portfolio of government clients—such as semi-government bodies, regional municipalities, authorities, and small public agencies—helping them meet their workforce development goals in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

The ideal candidate will have public sector sales or account management experience, a consultative approach, and a strong understanding of training and learning needs in the government context.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

· Own and manage relationships with SMB government clients, ensuring successful onboarding, activation, and sustained engagement with Classera’s training solutions.

· Conduct regular business reviews, usage analysis, and consultative sessions to ensure alignment with agency learning goals.

· Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve issues, share updates, and ensure a seamless experience.

Growth & Retention

· Identify upsell opportunities within accounts for content libraries, certifications, analytics tools, or additional licenses.

· Proactively manage renewal processes and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

· Track and support training KPI achievement for each client to demonstrate platform impact.

New Account Acquisition

· Work with the public sector sales team to identify and close new accounts among mid-sized public agencies and semi-government organizations.

· Engage directly with HR, training, and digital transformation leaders to understand needs and design relevant solutions.

· Lead proposals, coordinate product demonstrations, and support RFQ/RFP responses.

Government Ecosystem Engagement

· Participate in relevant public sector training forums, events, and government-hosted digital transformation initiatives.

· Stay informed about government funding programs, strategic skilling mandates, and emerging opportunities with smaller government bodies.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

· Keep CRM systems updated with activity logs, client health scores, and forecast data.

· Coordinate with implementation, product, and customer success teams to ensure full delivery of promised solutions.

· Provide insights to help refine public sector offerings and localize content where needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, HR, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in public sector account management or B2G (business-to-government) sales, ideally in training, EdTech, or SaaS.

· Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s government structure, regional bodies, and transformation initiatives.

· Fluent in Arabic and English; excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

· Familiarity with Saudi government procurement processes and compliance requirements.

· Based in Riyadh and open to travel across the region for key engagements.
