We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in merchant support, account management, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily merchant inquiries via email and chat, providing timely support and assisting in resolving basic operational issues.
- Maintain accurate merchant records and support new partners throughout the account onboarding process.
- Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in activating, organizing, and archiving client contracts and related documentation.
- Support the Sales and Partnerships teams with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain data accuracy and prepare reports when needed.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
