What you'll be doing:


User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access-related inquiries. Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within established service level agreements.


System Administration: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system backups. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure. Assist in the administration and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network equipment.


Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components. Install and maintain software applications, ensuring proper licensing and compliance. Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.


Network Support: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in resolving them. Collaborate with the network team to implement and maintain network security measures.


Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Create user guides and training materials for common IT tasks.


Security and Compliance: Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security policies and procedures. Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.


Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues and projects. Provide training to end-users on IT best practices and tools.


Who you are:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or a related field
  • Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, including firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with team members.
  • Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration, cybersecurity, or other relevant roles is typically required or preferred, depending on the level of the position.
  • Providing IT support often involves interacting with end-users, so strong customer service skills are essential for IT Specialists to effectively address user concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of call canter operations and best practices
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Full-time 
  • On-site 


Working days: 

  • Monday to Friday: Night shift 
  • 6th day: Based on need, managed fairly based on priorities and urgency
