About The Role

At Octane, Live Operations are at the heart of delivering seamless, real-time experiences to our users. As a LiveOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our platforms, campaigns, and user interactions run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is designed for individuals who are analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for monitoring live activities, executing real-time operations, and optimizing performance based on data and user behavior. By acting quickly and making informed decisions, you will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and operational excellence.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor live platforms, campaigns, or systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Execute real-time updates, configurations, and operational tasks
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve live issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Customer Support)
  • Support the planning and execution of live campaigns, promotions, or in-app events
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
  • Maintain accurate logs of activities, incidents, and resolutions
  • Continuously improve LiveOps processes, workflows, and tools

  • User Experience & Engagement


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4years of experience in Live Operations, Digital Operations, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, or BI tools)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or operational tools is a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to make quick decisions under pressure
