About The Role

Aumet is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Officer to deliver exceptional support and ensure a high-quality customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Explain products and services clearly to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Accurately document interactions in the CRM system
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset


Preferred:

  • Background in accounting or experience with accounting on Odoo
