We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead key client relationships, manage multi-channel campaigns, and ensure exceptional execution across all touchpoints. You’ll be the driving force behind campaign success—collaborating with creative, strategy, and media teams to bring A2Z Media’s vision to life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients
- Lead the development and execution of integrated advertising campaigns (digital, TV, radio, print, experiential)
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality of all deliverables
- Present creative work, strategic plans, and campaign reports to clients
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and proactive ideas
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, strategy, and production departments
- Mentor junior account team members and foster a strong client servicing culture
- Track campaign KPIs and use data insights to optimize future campaigns
- Liaise with finance to manage billing, invoicing, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency
- Demonstrated success managing large campaigns and client portfolios
- Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s media landscape and consumer trends
- Strong client relationship and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience across both digital and traditional media
- Familiarity with advertising tools, reporting platforms, and budget management
