Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary:

Axis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring operations. This internship is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in recruitment and HR while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
• Post vacancies on job boards and recruitment platforms
• Screen CVs based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial phone screening calls with candidates
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and systems on ZenATS
• Assist in talent sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels
• Support employer branding and hiring activities when needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Arabic
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or university activity in HR or recruitment is a plus
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus
• Basic understanding of ATS systems is an advantage
