Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive and impactful user experiences across Classera’s suite of education products. Based in Cairo, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver elegant design solutions that serve millions of learners, educators, and institutions worldwide. In this IC3/IC4 role, you will take ownership of end-to-end UX design for one or more product domains, playing a key role in shaping the future of digital learning experiences at scale. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Lead user-centered design efforts for major product areas such as LMS, assessments, Edumalls, or marketplace tools. 
• Deliver elegant, accessible UI/UX designs aligned with product goals and platform standards. 
• Own UX flows, design systems, and interaction models, ensuring coherence and usability. 
• Translate research insights into prototypes and design iterations. 
• Work closely with researchers, product managers, and engineers to validate solutions and ensure technical feasibility. 
• Facilitate design critiques, mentor junior designers, and contribute to a culture of design excellence. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

•   Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus 
• Relevant professional certifications in UX/UI design or product design (e.g., NN/g UX Certification, Adobe Certified Expert) are preferred 
• Additional training or coursework in user experience, interaction design, or digital product design is an advantage

• Expertise in product design for web and mobile applications 
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups 
• Familiarity with design systems and maintaining UI pattern libraries 
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions 
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design 
• Experience working with Agile or cross-functional product teams

• 4–6 years of product design experience in web or mobile applications 
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite 
• Proven ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and technical constraints 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work 
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
