Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Hub Officer to join our team at the Business Hub in Marka, Amman. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing office operations and delivering high-quality support to our clients. The Business Hub Officer will coordinate business support services, handle administrative duties, oversee office infrastructure, and ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day activities. Additionally, this role involves cultivating strong client relationships to identify and facilitate new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth administrative processes.
  • Coordinate a wide range of business support services to meet client needs effectively.
  • Manage office infrastructure and maintenance to provide a conducive work environment.
  • Support client relationship management by building strong partnerships and facilitating business opportunities.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of events, meetings, and workshops at the Business Hub.
  • Handle client inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses, supplies, and vendor contracts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for office management and client service.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business support services and office operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in networking and relationship-building.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
