The Export Customer Success Specialist at Giza Seeds & Herbs Factory is responsible for managing

commercial accounts for Giza Seeds & Herbs developing relationships with customers and support business development manager to develop new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills and problem-solvingskills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Handling Orders and providing support to customers

Responsible for immediate order entry, confirmation after checking availability and processing, and constant updating of corresponding customer base data in the system.

Implement timely processing of samples according to predetermined lead and delivery times.

Implement Order to cash processing including sampling, quotation, proforma invoice preparation and order confirmation.

Implement continuous monitoring and compliance with contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging and payment as well as implement other agreements. Elaborate corresponding analyses.

Responsible on the cash collection from the customers

Sending the proper needed documentation (Qualification, shipping, agreements) for company customers

Monitor

customer complaints together with Complaint Management and in accordance with Sales. Implement communication with customers and conduct appropriate measures (e.g., credit notes) in accordance with the senior manager and Sales.

Following upon the PSS (Preshipment Samples) approval with customers.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process export orders and documentation.

CustomerFocus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service to international clients.

Problem-Solving:Capacity to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in the export process.


Key Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order management, customer service (Export Mainly)
