 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations
  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documents
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports, letters, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks when required
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks


Requirements

  • Saudi Nationality (required)
  • Intermediate education / Middle school diploma or higher
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles
  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures
