Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities and office operations
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documents
- Prepare, review, and organize reports, letters, and presentations
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks when required
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality (required)
- Intermediate education / Middle school diploma or higher
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures
