Job Overview:

The Business Developer Senior Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on lead generation, meeting potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into signed deals. The Business Developer works closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handover and long-term client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Target potential clients aligned with company services and strategic focus.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new prospects.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and event follow-ups.

2. Meetings & Opportunity Development

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and position company services accordingly.
  • Gather key qualification details (need, budget, decision-maker, timeline).
  • Convert qualified leads into structured opportunities in CRM.

3. Proposal & Deal Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with clients during negotiation stages.
  • Support contract discussions and closing activities.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the Customer Success team after closing.

4. Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.
  • Track lead status, meeting outcomes, and deal progress.
  • Ensure opportunities are updated with correct forecasting data.
  • Monitor pipeline health and stage movement.

5. Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support strategic account growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to long-term revenue growth objectives.

6. Market & Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain strong professional networks.
  • Attend industry events when required.
  • Gather market insights and competitor information.
  • Provide feedback to management on trends and opportunities.

7. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Leadership teams.
  • Ensure alignment on pricing, scope, and client expectations.
  • Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to management.
