Product Design Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Design Intern to join our team and contribute to the design and enhancement of digital products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product design within the fintech industry, working closely with experienced designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

The intern will have the opportunity to work directly on the MNT-Halan app and support a variety of product and design initiatives, gaining exposure to the end-to-end product design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

• Participate in user research activities, usability testing, and feedback analysis.

• Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and UI components.

• Assist in creating design documentation, presentations, and prototypes.

• Conduct competitive analysis and research on industry trends and best practices.

• Support various design-related projects and initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX/UI Design, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar platforms.

• Strong visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or professional design projects.
• Understanding of mobile application design principles.
• Interest in fintech, technology, and digital products.
