Company Overview:
Our client is a leading international firm specializing in high-value investment solutions, catering exclusively to high-net-worth individuals. With a reputation for excellence and discretion, the company offers tailored investment opportunities and wealth management strategies. As part of their expansion in the Egyptian market, they are seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Advisors to join their team in New Cairo.
Role Summary:
The Sales Advisor will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging with affluent clients, understanding their financial goals, and offering bespoke investment solutions. The role requires a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of high-net-worth clientele, and the ability to close high-value deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ financial objectives and investment preferences
- Present tailored investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals in a professional and persuasive manner
- Develop customized proposals, manage objections, and close deals in line with company targets
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients through exceptional service and follow-up
- Accurately document client interactions, proposals, and transactions in the CRM system
- Attend off-site client meetings and events across Cairo and occasionally in other cities (e.g., Alexandria)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C consultative sales, preferably in financial services, real estate, luxury goods, or investment advisory
- Mandatory experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to engage with senior-level clients
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with a client-centric approach
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel locally as needed
