Senior Visual Merchandiser:
Brief:
A Senior Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective
displays of merchandise in order to attract customers and increase sales. The Senior Visual
Merchandiser also typically works closely with other members of the retail team, such as
customers and store managers, to ensure that the overall look and feel of the store aligns with
the company's branding and marketing efforts. In addition to having a keen eye for design and
aesthetics for the items on the shelves and saving our spaces and locations in the stores and
work to increase it.
Also, his responsibilities will be on the offline branding and the marketing materials in the store
and marketing warehouse, and any demo for us in the market.
In addition to the above, teamwork and cooperation are the most important to reach the
strategic goals of the department and the company.
Senior visual Merchandiser Essential Skills:
Good communication skills, cooperation, coordination, and the ability to work well with
others.
Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and standard planogram.
The ability to plan, organize and execute displays and window displays.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility and the ability to work well and collaborate with other merchandisers in order
to achieve common goals.
Understanding consumer behavior, trends, and how to effectively market products
through visual displays.
The ability to provide the reports of the merchandisers.
Senior Visual Merchandiser Responsibilities:
Follow up on daily orders and work on coordinating them.
Arranging and displaying the products in an attractive manner, creating a cohesive look
and feel for the entire store, and making changes as necessary to improve results.
Overseeing the work of the other merchandisers and providing guidance and direction
as needed.
Work closely with store managers in a professional way to ensure that displays align
with company branding and sales goals.
Train and develop the skills of junior merchandisers.
Provide the reports on time (Daily and Main reports).
Working on increasing our spaces and taking the best location, especially in the high
seasons.
Provide recommendations for offline branding and overseeing it.
Responsible for the marketing materials in the stores and overseeing them and in the
marketing stores.
Working on the team in any project related to the marketing team and being part of it.
Responsibility of the stores stock-take and uploads the SOH report to the system.
Reporting to the stores that need orders and follow up with the sales team.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Checking the orders.
Overseeing the orders and support the merchandisers if they need.
Sending the daily visits reports.
Checking the marketing materials and the offline branding in the stores.
Checking the merchandisers visits.
Arranging the items as per the schedule and checking the displays.
Main repot (quarterly)
Checking the brands spaces and the location on the stores.
Upload the SOH reports to the system (Monthly).
Reporting the sales team regarding the stores that need orders and following it.
Overseeing the offline branding installation.
