Job Description:
• Proven expertise in furniture quality, particularly natural wood and upholstery.
• Develop and implement quality strategies focused on furniture paints, and upholstery.
• Lead analysis of quality KPIs, defects, and NCRs to drive data-based decisions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Establish and implement SOPs across all furniture internal processes.
• Manage and coach the Operations Quality team, ensuring accountability and skill development.
• Oversee customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely resolution, root causes and action plans.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
• cross functional coordination for raw materials and final products samples.
Qualifications:
• Over 10 years of proven experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in furniture Quality in natural wood, paints, and upholstery.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
