Job Description:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance performance.
  • Drive the closure of high-value deals and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.


Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience in direct sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales team leader role.
  • B2B sales experience is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a proven ability to handle client needs effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
