We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, advising clients on the best course of action, and closing property deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable properties for clients.
  • Advise clients on property values and the best approach for buying, selling, or investing.
  • Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients.
  • Market and sell branded residences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and developers.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record in successfully negotiating and closing deals.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with real estate developers (highly recommended).
  • Familiarity with branded residences and luxury properties.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and client-focused mindset.


Education and Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Residency in Cairo.
