Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy aligned with STA objectives.
- Define target segments and craft tailored messaging for each.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global marketing teams.
Campaigns & Execution
- Manage all communications activities: campaigns, PR, brand activations, content, social media, and influencer engagement.
- Work with agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns for the Egyptian market.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize based on data.
- Build and sustain a strong brand presence for Saudi tourism in Egypt.
PR & Media Relations
- Secure media coverage and PR exposure opportunities.
- Build relationships with media outlets and key influencers.
- Support marketing events, partner activations, and roadshows in Egypt.
Budget & Reporting
- Manage the Egypt marketing communications budget and ensure cost/time efficiency.
- Track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance and insight reports to senior management.
Compliance & Governance
- Follow STA policies and procedures, ensuring industry compliance.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with regional/global teams.
- Represent STA at industry events and conferences.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing communications, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
- Proven success in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
